I have had nothing but very good care from Missy. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions so I can understand what she's telling me. Very satisfied with her!

Twice referred by their primary care provider, my grandparents have been clients in multiple occasions. Of the multiple health care professionals they've worked with, only 1 would show up and do the work they were hired to do. The rest would come, usually hours late, and do the bare minimum. They skip basic steps like taking blood pressure and weight, but record those numbers as if they had. I would never refer anyone to them. They don’t care about the patient or the nurses, only about the numbers. They hire RNs who can’t draw blood or do dressing changes, so they send LPNs to do it. Unorganized is an understatement, turnover rate is very high! The administrator and 4 RNs quit within weeks of each other. They expect you to see 8 patients a day while driving 100 miles to do it. Worst place to work!
