I called this am to see about taking my puppy in who had just swallowed multiple medications. Told whoever answered, that we were located in Arnold (already a 30 min drive) to their EMERGENCY vet location. She asked "Are you already a client here?" (No, we are from out of town, but isn't this an ER clinic?") She replied "we are not taking any new clients" and suggested I try "the vet in Jackson" but that's a long drive, and she just swallowed the medication. RecommendedAwesome staff! They really care about your pet and you. Our dog was sick and I was able to get help over the phone and a appointment early in the morning. Great place!
RecommendedThe staff is awesome. They took care of both our dog and cat during this time while we are all dealing with the Coronavirus and using safety precautions. We didn't even have to get out of our car!
RecommendedMy dog had an emergency (luckily during business hours). I called ahead and they were waiting for me as I walked through the door. They recognized the urgency and took him right in and took immediate care of him. He needed stitches. They did a beautiful job from the surgery, from his care (nice stitches) to the girls at the front desk. I really appreciate the two follow up calls they initiated. It put my mind at ease and answered questions I had of his recovery. Great job!!

RecommendedToday (Superbowl Sunday) I had to use the Airvet system because our cat was sick. I spoke with a Vet via telehealth first and he recommended that we send a request asking Dr. Tom to call us. Dr. Tom answered our request for a call and we were able to get him seen today thankfully because by tomorrow he could have been much worse! Change can be difficult but if you use Airvet and send a request for a call, you should be able to get ahold of them! Thanks Tom, for taking part of your Sunday to help Socks!
