RecommendedMet Angelo today and what a great man. He was kind enough to take a picture with me and send me home with some samples !!!! He shared a great story of what happened to his nose. I love the beef jerky and when I’m in Sonoma I stop in for the jerky.. If your near Sonoma make sure to make the stop and say hi to Angelo himself, get a feel of old country in your own backyard.
Angelo's will smoke your fresh caught Salmon. It is the best!
