I wish I could tell you about my 1st visit to Angelo's. It must be 20 plus years ago. Never ate tripe before that visit. My 1st forkful resulted in my facing East (Providence) and thanking the Almighty for this succulent epicurean meal. There aren't enough stars for Angelo's. As a restaurant, it's Heaven on Earth.
RecommendedFamous for decades of excellence. and more recently acknowledged on an episode of Drive-ins, Diners and Dives with Guy Fieri. this has not gone to Angelo's head. The proof is in the food, atmosphere and price...nothing has changed.
