Such a beautiful dining experience. Everything was absolutely perfect — the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail. You can truly tell how much care goes into every little thing. They literally iron the tables! Such a special place and definitely worth a visit.
An absolute standout in Aspen! The service and quality of the food were superb, and you could tell everything was done with intention and attention to detail. We did the tasting menu and also had to order the cacio e pepe because it comes tableside in a cheese wheel — need I say more? It was incredible. And the desserts! This place is amazing. The drinks are incredible, you can tell they really put thought into the cocktail menu. The food doesn't disappoint either, everything was so good and well put together. But honestly, the service was the best part. Super attentive, friendly vibes, never overbearing. You could tell they genuinely wanted you to have a great time. 100% recommend!
