People rent a house on our street through this company & continually block BOTH sides of the road MULTIPLE nights a week. We cannot get in & out of our own home without dodging young kids vehicles. If we need to get through with a large trailer, it isn’t possible! & unfortunately today, we do need to get by with our big trailer & can’t!! We’ve called & left multiple voicemails with complaints to the rental company (this company) & never hear a word back. It’s absolutely unacceptable.
Save your time, money and energy for a company that exercises on the subject of equal opportunity rights. Perhaps even practices hospitality to readily greet those in the community with respect, dignity, courtesy and with a welcoming appeal. It’s a great way to maintain a firm relationship with the community that makes it possible for the area to grow in the right direction.
Conditions of the lease agreement were not met by the property management team prior to move in took months to have agreed upon services complete. Maintenance took very long to get done and was a lengthy process once the request was processed. Pool maintenance- forced us to pay full rent when full amenities (pool) were not usable for a long duration of time (8-12 weeks for pool CYA and filter fix) Charged us upon move out for landscaping when we received the home with poor landscaping and a fence repair for a fence that hasn... read more
I own multiple rental houses in San Angelo and have been working with Angelo Rentals Property Management for some time now. Overall, they’ve been solid to work with. They keep me updated, they’ve renewed leases, filled vacancies, and when something breaks they let me know and get it handled. As an owner, I expect to pay for repairs on my properties, repairs that are out of the tenants control, that just comes with owning rentals. They’ve also been upfront and reasonable about costs.
