I hate leaving reviews i hardly ever leave any and im a pretty chill person but this place was awful I would give 0 stars if I could l. I wish I would not have wasted my money with this obviously less then real estate company. They have very few properties too, which should have been my first red flag. As a property rental company they want to charge the renter a maintenance fee, although its not worded as such, when most rental companies that is included in the rent, or owners fee.
This Florence person was ABSOLUTELY rude and bias towards me and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me into a better home. I understood the assignment of the documentation that she needed However, anytime that I let her know that I would be able to retrieve it, it just more documentation that she was making a big deal of. Then she was insisting that I have a co-signer…at my age I don’t need anyone co-signing for me on anything.. that is NOT anyone else’s responsibility but mine!! I wish I could choose 0 stars. I'm living in a house with holes in the floor, roaches everywhere, holes in the walls, bad plumbing, flickering electricity, holes in the doors, leaks in the roof, and much more. All of which were unnoticed (well hidden) in our tour. I shouldn't be paying $1585/month for a house that is uninhabitable. They came to do an "inspection" and instead were extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Even "correcting" words I used correctly in an attempt to belittle me.
