I'm adding another review, as Angelo recently sold our home and helped us buy another in 3.5 months! Even in a very difficult market he recommended reasonably-priced updates to prep our home and marketed it in a way that allowed to get $150K over asking in under 30 days. Angelo went above and beyond in every possible way when I sold my house. He was pleasant and communicative and made sure that I was happy at every step. He coordinated everything from soup to nuts, and he did it quickly, got a good price for me, and was constantly updating me on where things were, and answering any questions I had. From the first time we were in touch to the closing date, and even beyond, everything was well run and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
