I have been reluctant to post a review, especially since it has been so long but the recent attitude that I got from the office pushed me over the edge. Last year, about this time I was dying (and yes what I had could have actually killed me. I believe that as was really close). "Dr." Pulgiano charged me for an appointment, for which I only needed approval for medication refills, as my regular provider was out for a vacation. He then decided I was drug shopping, and refused to even see me. He had his nurse come and tell me he wasn't going to go through with the appointment, couldn't even tell me himself, then still had the audacity to charge me for a visit.
