Dr Pulgiano is very knowledgable and friendly. He is a great primary Doctor.
Personally did not have a good experience with Dr. Pulgiano at all. I have had to transfer doctors from many moves around the country and this one has by far been the worst experience. I don't feel I was able to finish a sentence. He didn't answer questions because he already though he know what problems were even though I had explicitly said things weren't link.
