I feel almost certain that the 5 star reviews are fake. This place is awful DO NOT LIVE HERE. I moved into a roach infestation and was refused help for 3 days, when the exterminator did come he did barley anything. I fixed the issue myself with my own money even thought it wasn’t my fault. The office is terrible, do not expect help from them they suck. You have to force them to do their jobs or nothing will get done. The maintenance people are nice, I’ve dealt with them often and they’re always helpful. I have heard from fri... read more

Would not recommend this complex to anyone. Better luck somewhere else that doesn’t take advantage of college students. Half of the stuff in the apartment is broken when you move in and if you don’t write down every single thing that is damaged in the apartment, you get charged an excessive amount for it. I lived in 3 different units and every one had more than 2-3 things wrong with it. The staircases are broken and not cleaned or taken care of.
pretty darned quiet, very responsive, cannot beat the price! handy to everything. oh an actual adults live here too, not just college kids
The maintenance, management, and staff are super amazing! They are prompt in service and nice!
