I called and spoke to Don (Donald) up at the shop and he was so helpful! They disbatched a tech to come address our water heater issues but the tech found nothing wrong even though I had to pay the service fee. About a week later I still wasn't convinced the tech got it right so I called Don back and he offered to come out (at no charge) to personally do an inspection.
