I dropped my son's paperwork off at the end if May and was told that it would be a few weeks. Never heard anything. Called in the end of June was told, that it would be August, called in the end of August and they said it would be September!!! Ok so I guess I will find someone else to help my son, because apparently they don't really want any new patients... thanks great way to treat a child!!
DR. RIDER, ALONG WITH HER STAFF, ARE THE RUDEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A SUPPOSED "PROFESSIONAL" DR OFFICE. FIRST OFF, YOU HAVE TO STAND AND THE RECEPTIONIST DESK FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES, STARE DIRECTLY AT THEM, FOR ANYONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PRESENCE. SECONDLY, AFTER WAITING 3 MONTHS TO SEE THE ALLEGIED PSYCIATRIST, SEE REFUSES TO SEE ME BECAUSE I WAS 4 MINS LATE. NOTE THERE WAS NOT ANOTHER PATIENT WAITING. LASTLY, AFTER RESCHEDULING FOR ANOTHER FEW MONTHS LATER THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO RESCHEDUL... read more
Dr. Gross is a very good doctor. He really takes his time and talks to me and answers all of my questions. The only problem I have is getting staff to answer the phone and return my calls. I give Dr. Gross an A++
