Angello heating oil was great but as of February 2026 they’ve been bought by a company called Duffeys. During the coldest winter in a decade their estimated delivery time was 4 days. This is for an established, long term customer. Not only that but they charged us for the oil despite the fact we clearly, unequivocally said no 4 days is too long we’ll find another company. I started using Angello for my fuel needs as an unnamed competitor who I locked on for years, was found to have significantly higher pricing. They claimed to have preordered hundreds of thousands of gals so that the price break could be passed on to the customer. At one point the difference in price was 30 cents per gal to the negative. That is when we switched to Angello’s. We have been more than satisfied with their level of service as well!

Not honest business! Tom lied prepay service, there is no policy on website says client have to paid first before delivery, nor said to me in phone or person, not even an apology, pretty arrogant attitude.
