Im leaving the practice because of Kathy in the billing dept who needs a police report filed against her due to threatening remarks that I was harassing their incompetent staff. I've been with this practice via phone only for a few years and she said " you won't be co.ing back rifht?" From there she became very belligerent at 6pm on a Friday night.
