I would highly recommend Angell Aire. I had my central air go out recently. I reached out to multiple companies to get an estimate for replacement. Phil came out the next day and talked through options with me - A/C unit vs. heat pump. He provided me an estimate the same day. As first-time homeowners, we trusted this company to diagnose and repair our air conditioning system honestly. Instead, they came out, added refrigerant, charged us for the service, and left us with the impression that the refrigerant and underlying issue were not covered under our manufacturer's warranty. We are very pleased with Angell Aire.......they were great to work with, and they were prompt and professional through out the installation of our new furnace/central air unit. Cory answered all our questions and was very helpful. This is definitely a 5 star company.
Excellent company with outstanding customer service! This is the second time we've purchased a furnace from Angell Aire. Their employees are knowledgable, honest and take the time to explain what service is needed and why. When you purchase a furnace/airconditioner from them you get excellent customer service for the life of the product. We have been customers for 24 years and we will remain with Angell Aire as long as we own a home. We have recommended them to several friends who have all had the same experience.
