Medical assistant just calls and hangs up on me while I’m trying to explain something about me. My insurance pays them!!! Such a great doctor but her medical assistant has repeatedly hung up on me and been rude and confused every single thing I’ve ever tried discussing with the doctor including medication. I had to ask the medical assistant 17 times in a row to remove a medication off of my charts that I have never took and it still sits there because she doesn’t care at all and I am very tired of it.
