Loses interest very quickly..
I was happy with staff and I love Dr Berens as a person. I trusted her but she did not come thru….twice. She fixed breathing issues but in no way did I expect nor ask for a larger nose. I was in shock! I tried to talk with her but I felt a disconnect & that I was to blame. Thankfully my husband was with me thru all visits & he did not understand how my nose ended up twice as large. She gave way too much steroid injection into center of nose to make it smaller but it put an indentation in the center that she couldn’t explain.... read more
