RecommendedI had a total shoulder replacement in 2017, was sent to ARC to do rehab, not gunna lie, it hurt like heck. but i followed the plan, did the exercises, and i have full range of motion in my new shoulder. The Pool was a really big deal for me, I highly recommend the aquatic therapy. ARC has a very helpful and attentive staff. I worked mostly with Sheri and Rey who were always very helpful and patient with me. They also have pool therapy which really aided in my being able to walk again. They also work with your insurance to insure you get the therapy you need.
