Never send yourself or a loved one to this facility. I was there for 10 days and it was the worst most emotionally draining 10 days of my life. A former roommate and I got into a disagreement and as time went on, it eventually escalated to a physical altercation. I told the staff including the managers (Lauren and Leslie) about how I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the same room as my roommate (who threatened me on multiple occasions) and they refused to let me switch rooms. Wouldn't let a close friend of mine back in because they advocated for a pedophile to be kicked out. Now they are back where they started. Suicidal and genuinely don't know what to do anymore. This facility is supposed to protect and help suicidal people, not harbor pedos.
I was at Morango Oasis CRT. Absolutely a horrible experience. Admin plays favorites. I was the only male there ,clinical supervisor, female centered, clear disinterested attitude of clinical services. Suzanne is on a power trip as well as the residential supervisor who is in charge of nursing. She isn't even a nurse and no idea of medical protocols. Not sorry that I left. Sexist attitude toward male staff
