Dr. Hancock is professional and explains procedures. I've always valued his opinion and will continue to do so. If I happen to have issues with my glasses, there is never a wait time to get it resolved. The Angelina Eye Center team is patient, courteous and helpful in all aspects and highly recommend them.

Been a customer for many years. I had to get glasses replaced and was told insurance would not pay, but if they did they would give me back what they did. I payed up front and got the new glasses. They filed on my insurance and got a payment of $145. My insurance company verified that they paid on 8/11, but I was told at their office that they got paid on 8/26. They never contacted me and probably never would have, so on 8/31 , I went to the office for my refund. They said I would not get the $145, but would get $100 because... read more

Great experience! The staff is always friendly. Dr. Hancock is always willing to spend time answering my questions. He is great with the kids and helpful explaining our options. I am always pleased with the choices of glasses and their prices. Definitely Recommend!!

Best exam I've ever had. Dr. Hancock took the time to give me options I've never had before. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised how big a selection of glasses they had and pleasantly surprised at how affordable the glasses were. The staff was very helpful and also knowledgeable about the choices. Would definitely recommend Angelina Eye Center!!

Very professional and thorough. The Doctor took the time to explain his findings and answer any questions I had. The optical shop was very helpful in picking out what was best for me and helping me understand my insurance. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Dr. Very personable and seemed knowledgeable. My first glasses (reading only) ever so hard getting used to not using over the counter glasses. Hope 2 get more comfortable. There were a lot of office personnel but i had 2 call 3 times 2 find out glasses ready even though i was told they would call me. Was pressured somewhat by optical store there 2 purchase from them.bought 1 set because the frames were on sale but hope 2 find 2 for one sale to give me extras. Told dr. I needed prescription. Dr. Robinson O.D. Very nice ladies at the counter and wait time was a minimal i hadn't even got started good on the magazine article i was reading. Doc was wonderful. i had to go in and get contacts again for my yearly check up.. Doc Robinson loves kids and very patient and friendly and will asnswer any question you have and even talk a bit about hunting. Turkeys and Deer are a good topic

We love Dr. Robinson We went to Dr. Robinson when he was at Walmart and followed him to this store when he moved here. We really love him and have always felt that he takes lots of time not only checking our eyesight, but getting to know us. He has always been super friendly and caring and very thorough in eveyrthing he does. Highly recommended!
