I had a Teladoc appointment with Dr. Deak that lasted two minutes. She did not ask detail on my symptoms and when I tried to explain, she interrupted me to tell me that I have a cold and to let it run its course. I feel that you should be able to describe your symptoms to the doctor without feeling like you are being dismissed. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Deak is very compassionate about the well being of a person, she is very detailed and also very patient with questions. She does a very thorough follow up on my husband when he was sick and also afterwards. Her knowledge on different symptoms is superb and my husband recovered fast under her care. Good advices and medical or health knowledge she passed onto us are very valuable. Thank you Dr. Deak for saving lives!
