Much nicer than I had expected, real clean units. Think they got a new property manager, she's really sweet, but she doesn't put up with no bull.
TRASHY! Apparently the owner can charge for rent, water and trash BUT can't seem to pay for water/trash and now it's getting turned OFF.. This place NEEDS tore down and fresh start with NEW and PROFESSIONAL owner(s)/maintenance crew. Let's also start credit checks/ background checks/employment checks BEFORE letting just ANYONE move in.. This place is NOTORIOUS for rift raft/cops/crime and all around trashy af ppl living there..
