TRASHY! Apparently the owner can charge for rent, water and trash BUT can't seem to pay for water/trash and now it's getting turned OFF.. This place NEEDS tore down and fresh start with NEW and PROFESSIONAL owner(s)/maintenance crew. Let's also start credit checks/ background checks/employment checks BEFORE letting just ANYONE move in.. This place is NOTORIOUS for rift raft/cops/crime and all around trashy af ppl living there.. Can't seem to keep the whole area cleared of trash literally and the residents wonder WHY they hav... read more
If there was an option for zero stars I would select that This place is HORRIBLE! It has too many issues to even list, and management and maintenance are never available. I would hate for someone to have an emergency on the weekend or after hours. You can't get anyone.
