She listened to me and explained everything in detail. She included me in her decision process and gave me a lot of confidence in her treatment plan.
I have always been satisfied with Dr. Villas - Adams level of care, she is an excellent doctor. However , some of the front office staff seem so dismissive, disorganized, and not very compassionate. In the end , I appreciate what they did to try and rectify the situation, but it shouldn’t be that difficult for the patient in the first place.

Very engaging and informative both before and after the procedure. She provided me with some good suggestions for colon health going forward. I feel very comfortable with Dr Villas-Adams.
Dr. Villas-Adam is always so encouraging. Being under medical care can be very trying. You, also Linda, made an unpleasant procedure so much better.
