Dr. Villa-Adams was very professional and kind, as well as her staff helping me which put me at ease.
Everything went VERY smoothly. Staff was great and Dr. Villas-Adam’s is wonderful.
I was throughly briefed on the pre operational procedures. Day of the procedures I was briefed on what the specifics would be. The procedures went well and I am recovering nicely.
Every detail of my colonoscopy appointment went well, from check-in to the release procedure. Everyone was polite and very helpful. It's reassuring when we get to deal with professionals who are kind, thank you.
She is always prepared and supportive. Excellent communication skills. She is also kind and does not make a patient feel rushed.
Other than drinking the prep and the gas and cramping, my experience was really good. Very professional and helpful. Staff was kind and called after procedure. Would recommend to family and friends.
This was a very efficient and informative visit. I have had excellent communication with SWGA. The instructions were complete. The check-in, procedure and recovery were all very efficient. The total time there was 2 hours. I was given the report in writing as well as by Dr. Villas-Adams before I left. It is a well-run system.
SW Gastroenterology has been in my life for at least 15 years and I have never had any complaints about the processes and procedures. Very caring. Dr. Villas-Adams is terrific and ensures the patient knows what went on during the procedure
Dr Adam is extremely thorough, inquisitive and empathetic. I have struggled for 30+ years with GERD and other Gastro conditions. I will miss the personal care she has given me and I highly recommend her to anyone with gastrointestinal issues.
