A classy venue. A sense of old world comfort hits you... The food is quite good ...to very tasty. The service is civilized: gently warm, attentive & timely... The musical offerings are superb! .. For great music in a supper club, you should try it: it might become a habit..
Angelica's is a SF Peninsula GEM!! Located in downtown Redwood City, CA...it is a wonderful option for those who want a "city like" experience...without all the hassle. Plenty of convenient parking options, beautiful indoor and OUTDOOR options for dining...full bar...a much improved delicious dining experience...Top Notch musical entertainment while you dine...friendly service. If you haven't checked it out yet...you are really missing something.
Everybody loved their dish. The service was great. Hostess gave us a tour of the different dining rooms since it was our first time there. I'm gluten-free, dairy free, due to allergies and they accommodated me nicely. They even had a gluten free dessert on menu...which i enjoyed. Will definitely go again.
This was my second trip to Angelica's and sadly was a huge disappointment. We went for the Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre and it was truly terrible. First our waiter was downright rude with an attitude. He told one guest she couldn't order her steak " medium to medium rare" it had to be one or the other then told the entire table that it was my fault our food took so long as I had ordered my lamb well done. We put in our orders for both appetizers and entrees at the same time so they had plenty of time to get my lamb cooking ... read more
