Horrible, horrible service On Mother's Day, 5/10/09, I was called at 6:15 for a flower delivery to me. At 7:15 no flowers..I called and the "owner" stated that she had college kids delivering the orders and "you know how they are, no responsibility". She said not to blame her, but the kids. At 8:15 I received a phone call from the delivery person, she sounded elderly, and said she would be at my house in about 45 minutes. I called at 9:15 and there was no answer. This is the best flower shop in winter haven I had a problem ordering from another online company so my mom did not get her flowers on Sunday so Monday I called angelic flowers and they had her flowers in no time and they are so pretty I can't say enough about angelic flowers I am a customer for life and if you want great service and great flowers call them Thanks again y'all are awesome.
