James came quickly after we called Angelic air because A/C not working. He checked everything, we paid for the yearly plan, which saves us a lot of money for upkeep and repairs. James is a great employee, very knowledgeable, explained everything.
Put in a call yesterday because my Trane unit just died; no AC or heat. Explained my problem to the dispatcher and the fact that my wife was ill and we really needed service quickly. She said she had someone available and I would be his next call. Lance showed up and after explaining my problem to him, he set up to trace out the low voltage circuits to isolate the problem ASAP. I used them in the pass, and I will use them always. They come when there is an emergency weekend or nights. The technician James was wonderful, very knowledgeable and answered all my silly questions
I don't know how they got all these good reviews I guess they must do good work but they did not for us we were having ductwork problems and after about three times of them coming out and not being able to fix it we find out from another company we need all of our ductwork redone and angelic air tells us that they do not do that
