They always take to long on the waiting room 2 hors on total
Horrible experience, dehumanizing. Went back to PCP for a referral to a different provider. Will be filing a complaint with my medical insurance provider about this awful place.

Their administrative staff does not seem very qualified to work in the medical field which makes it really hard to get anything done with them. 1) For the first test, when they told me the coinsurance amount, I knew it was wrong since I know my coverage well. After asking if they were sure that was the amount I would owe, they reiterated they were right.
