No one takes this medical group. We couldn't find an urgent care that took it in all of Long Beach, and surrounding Cerritos. Idk how it's approved, it almost seems like a scam. Get out of this group even if you have to change doctors.
I would not give it a star if possible. The worst insurance you can get.
I highly recommend to change your IPA if you were assigned to this one! The authorization department does not do their job referring you to the right doctor or even bother to verify first if they were referring you to the right doctor. It is their job to verify necessary information to get their patients' access to specialist! They are delaying patient's treatment! DMHC should be aware of this!
