Tried calling their provider phone number to get claim status and all I got was a constant ringing with no answer.
I have been in debilitating pain for 3 months. Angeles is incompetent & unhelpful. This plan shouldn’t be an option or even exist. No doctors accept it. So I am left dealing with the state getting involved because Angeles refuses to help or do an out of network referral. The time I have wasted dealing with them to just simply DO THEIR JOB & Help me is insane! If you have the option, do not pick this plan. They do not care about you or your health.
There needs to be a legal/government intervention with this group looking into their practices. No one takes this plan. You're left with no doctor, no emergency, no proper lab. People can be facing life threatening situations (like we are right now) and this group is completely useless. It needs to be shut down. Even one star is too much for the .
No one takes this medical group. We couldn't find an urgent care that took it in all of Long Beach, and surrounding Cerritos. Idk how it's approved, it almost seems like a scam. Get out of this group even if you have to change doctors.
