The nurses are mediocre. They do the bare minimum effort and are always rushing to leave in less than an hour. There were days when the nurses weren't scheduled to go in at all. Another major flaw is that we weren't explained at all what the dying process for our loved one would look like. Therefore, when the time came, we felt very lost and very frightened. Panacea Hospice team was incredibly supportive of our family in our time of need. The entire team, from Imelda, to Harlette, supporting through mount of paperwork, and Jorge coming to support with bathing my father to our incredible nurse without whom we would not have been able to make it through such a difficult time! I cannot say enough praise for the entire team! Thank you all so much!🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

The care they offer is beyond amazing. At home visits are available, which help so much with my bed bound grandma, as well as the bath aid availability. They treat my grandma like their own. Staff is very compassionate and efficient.
