Sam, Martin, Derek, Daniel, and the whole management team is the best. I’ve been a resident here for over six months and plan on staying for a long time. This is the only building in LA that I trust. Every maintenance request is handled right away, and there is an on-site porter that cleans daily and makes it feel like a hotel. They’re constantly making the building nicer and it really feels like my money is going into something I can enjoy. I recommend avoiding this building at all costs. I lived here for 15 months and had multiple major problems. 1) The front desk staff towed my car in the garage after assigning me a spot and not correctly marking it in their system. I then had to argue with them to cover the towing expense. 2) The building wide fire alarm went off nearly weekly - regularly forcing residents to evacuate in the middle of the night. 3) The boiler in the building regularly had problems and there would not be hot water for several hours without no... read more
Very rarely will i post reviews, let alone about the property management staff of the place i reside but Derek, Daniel, Martin, and the rest of the team at Angelene Apartments in WeHo are exceptional! No request is too big or small and they're always so friendly. not to mention, they all have impeccable style! Id highly recommend checking this place out if youre looking for a residence. The location and amenities sell itself but the staff, service and attention to detail as landlords is what keeps tenants here. 5 stars!
Just had a tour. Very relaxed and caring atmosphere and the management cares. My favorites are the gym and the pool area. Something for everyone and the staff understands that this is a home to all the residents. I love the manager, Sam. I instantly related to him and thoroughly appreciate him giving us a complete tour of the building. He took the time to have a conversation with me. Never felt rushed!
I toured the building with Sam & I have to say the building is brilliant! Sam is very accommodating & friendly. The amenities is wow, I'll be back again. I love it & good vibe team.
