what i asked for vs what i got… overall such a bad experience
Horrible services. Only 2 people.working and jumping form client to client. Rusbing services, she gave me a deep cut on my toe nail. I asked for cat eye polish n she did regular silver .. strongly don't recommend this place
I loved my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and kind-hearted service. Jenny did an amazing job on my gel pedicure—such attention to detail, and the massage and hot stone rub were absolutely wonderful. My manicure was perfect, too. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome. Their prices are super affordable compared to other places in San Carlos. They definitely have my business from now on! Highly recommend!
quite honestly the worst nail experience I have EVER gone to. First off, I think I was told 15-20 times to "refer my friends" non stop the whole appointment. Jenny kept saying how her prices were the cheapest and how I need to tell my friends to come there, like I'm not kidding I was probably asked every 2 minutes, it was exhausting. Second, the nails that I got done were awful. Probably the worst nails ever, she rushed them so hard and I have a problem with every single one. RUN. I’d give 0 stars if I could. First of all, don’t expect to be greeted when you arrive. I had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes for my pedicure to begin. I also had a dip manicure appointment but right when my pedicure finished the only available nail tech took a walk in customer for a manicure instead of me and I had to sit waiting.. the person that ended up doing my manicure did not do a regular dip manicure as I had requested. She instead did 2 coats of clear dip powder then painted my nails with gel pol... read more
