Decided to stop by while I was at the mall for a phone case and some other things and I needed my watch battery replaced for the longest time. The guy running the show was very polite and was able to handle working with me and two other clients at the same time. Battery was replaced efficiently, no issues. Will most likely return with my other high end watch to see if he can fix a piece that came loose inside the face. I'll be back

Only offered 30 for 2.5 ozs of silver. Went to next jeweler and got 80. Don’t waste your time
Came in to get my watch fitted after KAY Jewlers said they couldn’t and recommended this place. So fast. Great price. And I also got a bracelet on the way out. The gentlemen was very helpful, sized everything and custom fitted it all within a half hour. 10/10
