Do not try booking for their trunk shows through their website. It is only a generic appointment and you will not be able to go to the trunk show you want and they will give you a date that you can’t go to and the desired trunk show will be over.

Hi Sonya, thank you for your feedback. Our website clearly states that appointment requests are simply that, a request. We are happy to get all brides in for the trunk show of their choosing, however, weekend dates for trunk shows often book weeks in advance. We have much more availability on the weekdays and more than happy to get you into our shop then. Please let me know if you need anything else.

If customer service is important to you, DO NOT GO TO ANGELA’s. If you’re expecting your bridal gown to come in within the 6 month time period you’re quoted when you order it, DO NOT GO TO ANGELA’S. (Been 9 months since we ordered a gown, and still no information about its status). If you expect to talk to an actual human when you call the shop during normal business hours, DO NOT GO TO ANGELA’S!
