I had a very poor experience here. When I tried to walk in for a haircut, She literally waved me away at the door. I understand helping another customer, but that’s no excuse for being rude and dismissive. A simple acknowledgment or “please wait” would have been basic customer service. Instead, I was treated like I wasn’t even worth a moment of respect. That immediately turned me off from ever wanting to get a haircut here. Sat there crying on the chair. Asked for long layers, U-shaped cut. The owner was aggressive with the shampoo and conditioning, complained to me and her staff that I had “too much hair” during wash and cut. Used tools to thin out my entire head without consent. Cut hair many inches shorter than agreed. Proceeded to charge me $65. Not a great experience for me, but can tell it’s a favorite for some Korean aunties.
