My divorce was filed in 2011, after being delayed for 3 months, because I found out they did not file all of the paperwork with the court. That might not have been so bad, but my drunk ex refused to leave the house until it was final. Now I found out she didn't file the Quick Claim Deed, or give us the original copy...try locating a homeless person to resign.
