Have made multiple appointments and every one has been rescheduled in MyChart app and pushed back two months. The first time they explained she had a family emergency, the other time she’s suddenly out of the country and recently she’s no longer taking appointments in the afternoon. How can someone make a schedule for patients and just disregard the fact that they have cleared time for their visit, it’s extremely unprofessional. Dr. Saldarriaga is exceptional, even compared to my previous primary care doctor in Maryland. She truly takes the time to understand my situation and provides unwavering support. Trust me, you should consider seeing her.
Sick the 4th of April and the appointment was JULY 12. Wow 3 month after. Also I told them I had a lump and my mother had the same and passed away from cancer and they didn’t care. So they gave me an appointment with another Dr May 8, 4 weeks after. The week after when I was feeling better my arm was killing me so I called them again and they said I had no choice to wait for May 8 , since my pain was unbearable I went to the emergency and find out I have Calcific tendinitis of the rotator cuff. What happened to actual care of patients? Waiting 3 months for an appointment with your doctor should not be a 1st world issue. This doctor is only an option for people who don't actually have a health issue and don't mind waiting 3 months to be seen. If you're like me, and you want to see a doctor for an actual health issue, you are screwed. Pathetic!
