Absolutely a sweetheart! I had her at Genesis Center in Des Plaines. I didn't have to wait long and she was always very professional as well as friendly. She cared about each and every problem I had and didn't rush me. She explained to me clearly how she would take care of the bigger issues first and step by step anything else; she was very patient. She is exactly what a doctor should be like! if I still had that insurance I would've stayed with her!
