Gel changed color, horrible job had nail polish l over my skin and got aggressive when I said didn’t like it.

Kathy is an extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional owner. She scheduled my appointment incorrectly—putting it down an hour earlier than the time we actually agreed on. I arrived at the correct time, but the person who does my nails had already left because of Kathy’s mistake. When I brought it up, she said, “I didn’t call you because I didn’t have your number.” How is that my fault?
