While the interior is very, very clean the handful of times I’ve been in there, I’m assuming the owner (woman by the register) wasn’t very pleasant. Never once got a, “Hello/Welcome. How may I help you?”. She just looks at you and I tell her what service I need and she’ll point to a station. She also never says, “Thank you. Have a nice day,”. I just feel like that customer service that goes a long way. Make me feel wanted because the vibes never give that.
They are not transparent about their prices at all. They literally told me it was an extra $5 to take gel polish off of my toes. I will go back to beyond nails in union. I don't fink that they are personable either.
Always a pleasure being cared for here. The staff ate friendly and accommodating. The facility is well kept and always clean. I highly recommend
They’re quick and always do a good job with my acrylics and gel pedicure. You should make an appointment unless it’s early in the week.
