Kathy is an extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional owner. She scheduled my appointment incorrectly—putting it down an hour earlier than the time we actually agreed on. I arrived at the correct time, but the person who does my nails had already left because of Kathy’s mistake. When I brought it up, she said, “I didn’t call you because I didn’t have your number.” How is that my fault? The owner does not know how to treat customers. Everything is fine until something goes wrong. I came into the nail salon on September 23rd. The person who did my nails took forever to do them however I sat patiently and did not complain. 3 days later the polish started to peel then the acrylic started to break this was on One Nail. I did not have time to come in to get it fixed at the time because when I get off work they are closed. While the interior is very, very clean the handful of times I’ve been in there, I’m assuming the owner (woman by the register) wasn’t very pleasant. Never once got a, “Hello/Welcome. How may I help you?”. She just looks at you and I tell her what service I need and she’ll point to a station. She also never says, “Thank you. Have a nice day,”. I just feel like that customer service that goes a long way. Make me feel wanted because the vibes never give that.

They are not transparent about their prices at all. They literally told me it was an extra $5 to take gel polish off of my toes. I will go back to beyond nails in union. I don't fink that they are personable either.
