Awesome dental practice!!
I hope the doctor actually reads this message. Your office manager Wendy's a real piece of work. When she calls to try to help somebody sort through billing issues and then passes the buck to other people who no longer work at the office because you bought an adjoining practice, and then doesn't bother to call me to let me know she wouldn't do anything shows professionalism.
