My first appointment with this lady was frustrating, they made me wait 1 hour in a room, I know I speak Spanish but I understand words. I opened the door to tell them, I'm already in my check-up gown. And being so, he told me why he was coming here and not going to Charlotte. On my second appointment I also took too long waiting, he opens the door and tells me if I am taking the medicines? and what is my turn today? I feel that it is xenofobic with Latinas.
