I chose this stylist after showing clear inspo photos for a brighter, neutral/cool blonde and a butterfly haircut. At the appointment, I was told the look was achievable and paid $290 (with tip. After living with the result, the color was much warmer/orange than requested, I did not receive the money piece discussed, and the butterfly haircut was not executed correctly.
