Angela took such great care of me after having Rotator Cuff surgery! She not only gave me exercises to do at home she opened books and showed me what was going on in my body so I could understand the limited movements. Angela knows her stuff! For 2 years I had been dealing with shoulder/neck pain, limited range of motion, and tension headaches. A friend recommended Angela because I have been suffering from hip pain off and on for the last few years. Angela responded to my inquiry immediately and fit me in her busy schedule for an initial screening. She listened as I overviewed my history, she worked to balance/align my hips, she showed me some great stretches and maintenance activities. After one visit I'm feeling better already!
