Still there is living balcony door issue there, which needs to fix, because air is coming inside room. It will be a big problem to live in during winter time. Need to fix at earliest.
Poor experience of service
AVENUE LIVING DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S RENTERS The most awfully incompetent company I've ever had to deal with, until I am proven otherwise. After a leak in my brand new unit (which at least is covered), they turned off my heat two months ago and still haven't made any attempt to fix it but keep telling me "eventually". Have called them 4 times and I am currently writing in a room just above freezing point, unfortunately all my plants have died, and my electronics often shut off in the cold temperature.
