Angela Hardwick did injections of a neurotoxin in my neck to loosen tight muscles. I now have trouble holding my head up and it caused nerve pain. The drug she injected also caused damage to my eyesight. I’m being told by my new doctors that the drug she used should have never been used for tight neck muscles and the amount injected was extremely high.
