Love this place! It’s clean, they are nice, and great with kids! Both my 3&6 year old love going for their check ups. Been taking them for little over 2 years!
I have 3 children who have been coming to see Dr. Chow for 8-9 years now. My oldest started coming around the age of 5. We’ve had nothing but the best care from her. We had moved away and my son had seen another dentist whose work was less than satisfactory. That office had petrified my child and he never wanted to go to another dentist. I brought him back to Dr. Chow who had reaffirmed the importance of dental care and got my son to “trust” again. Do not go here. My Son had a crown placed less than a month ago, he complained to the Dr that the crown felt loose and she told him that it is normal. The crown fell out and they wanted to charge me for an "exam and xrays" but not to re-glue the crown. I argued that I already paid for the exam and xrays when the initial work was done, and that any dentist I have ever been to will normally fix a crown for free up to 5 years. The professionalism and thoughtful care provided by Dr Angela M. Chow, and her team to my 5 year old is worth recognizing. Dr. Angela was kind and caring and took the time necessary to reasure my child during every visit. Thank you for answering all my questions and for giving us options. I appreciate the work that you do Dr. Angela.
Not only did I love the experience(I hate the dentist), but my kids enjoyed going. My little one even got his tooth pulled and he still can't wait to go back. Dr. Chow and her staff did such a great job of having my kids engaged and entertained.
