Rude and condescending. No bedside manners, they have zero sympathy for children and lack the quality of communication with them. Very disappointed.
I was recommended to this dentist and was very displeased. I brought my 4 year old in for her to look at her teeth because my daughter is a thumb sucker. Of course my daughter was scared. Templeton was very hateful, telling my daughter to quit screaming in her ear. It was awful. on top of that she said she had a cavity and when i went to dentist Taylor at hard rock to get it filled, he said there was no cavity! My daughter loves the hard rock. Take your children there!
