Terrible. She completely ghosted me back in 2021. I asked her via email to bill me after my last session. Not only did she never respond, but proceeded to bill me 2 YEARS after my last appointment. Not to mention, I told her that I would be using insurance for my appointments. She told me she accepted Tricare, I gave her my information, but she didn't bill my insurance and charged me the full amount.
