I usually do not give bad reviews but after so many terrible experiences I feel I have no choice. I honestly do not know how this service department is still in business and even more baffling is that the customer service advisors have not been fired. I was planning to purchase another Lincoln this year and with this last experience today, I will have to find another Lincoln dealership just so I do not have to deal with this service department again.

This service provides truly terrible service. My car broke down, and I had it towed to the service center, but it took me half a day to even find out if my car had arrived at the service center. The next day, I called the service center 50 times, but they didn't answer the phone. I left couple voicemails for the service advisor, but I still couldn't reach him. He only contacts you when he feels like it. This was the worst service experience I've ever had.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my vehicle in for the same issue three times, and despite repeated visits, the problem has still not been resolved. The last time I took the car in, it stayed at the service center for over 30 days — and yet, the issue remains unresolved. This has caused a major inconvenience for me, both personally and professionally. I sent my 2024 nautilus in for a recall and to remove this sticky residue on my passenger door frame- that has been there since the day I bought the car- this is how they brought it back to me! Seriously- you think this is okay? The service agents statement was- we tried. Absolutely not acceptable. This is my 3rd Lincoln and this is how you treat a long time customer.
