I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my vehicle in for the same issue three times, and despite repeated visits, the problem has still not been resolved. The last time I took the car in, it stayed at the service center for over 30 days — and yet, the issue remains unresolved. This has caused a major inconvenience for me, both personally and professionally. I sent my 2024 nautilus in for a recall and to remove this sticky residue on my passenger door frame- that has been there since the day I bought the car- this is how they brought it back to me! Seriously- you think this is okay? The service agents statement was- we tried. Absolutely not acceptable. This is my 3rd Lincoln and this is how you treat a long time customer.

Well equipped and designed service center. Service quality is to expectations. The girl at the counter (Kristal) was nice. Other staff members did not seem too interested. Someone should explain to them that a slow walk to retirement is not good. Better to stay active also in the last few years. No proper place for visitor parking around service entrance
