Excellent customer care. You could teach Billy Howell Ford a few things about how to take care of customers. I hate the 3% surcharge on credit cards. It feels like nickel and dime

Although I did not use their service department I did travel 8 hours 1 way to purchase a truck last Sunday. They let us in before they opened to complete the transaction because my salesman, who was off that day, made the staff aware of our situation. The dealership opened at noon. We were back on the road at 12:08.
