Was apprehensive to make an appointment due to the reviews, but she was the only Ortho who picked up my phone call right after a holiday weekend. We made our appointment and we’re seen the same day! She explained our xrays and made sure that the issue was treated properly. I don’t understand the bad reviews. She was kind, had good bed side manners, was thorough, and let us know about follow up appointment. Highly recommend her.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Jones and wouldn't feel comfortable recommending her to anyone. I was experiencing pain in my left shoulder and this was my experience: Visit #1: Dr. Jones spent very little time understanding the pain I was feeling in my shoulder but quickly injected me with cortisone and sent me away with an X-ray referral. Visit #2: Two weeks later I went back to Dr. Jones with my X-ray CD and she confirmed nothing looked abnormal and that the shoulder was probably just inflamed. I try to make appointment but I can’t do it, I don’t know who answered the phone call for this Dr. Angela but that person was so worse actitud, no patience i don’t imagine put my son with people like that.

Dr Jones is very caring and patient. Her Assistant Rachel makes it all worthwhile. They are both so professional and have great bedside manner. Other practices could learn a thing or two from them
